Nobles' Gray Dancer (aka "Hudson")

Nobles' Gray Dancer has been dancing since birth, and still acts like he has springs in his legs at three years of age. Hudson is a mirror image of his sire, with great bone, a solid square confirmation, extreme density and luster, and fineness and twisted locks from head to tail -- and look at his coverage!

Both of Hudson's parents have complete coverage; but Hudson truly has an outstanding dam (Molly). Molly is the first cria for Windy's McKenna Rain (modern dark silver gray) & Protocol's Montego Shay (bay black). Montego won Grand Champion in Suri Black at the Great Western Alpaca Show at 6 months and continued to have a storied show career. McKenna was a Sandusky granddaughter who inherited nothing but the best from him. With this parentage it was not surprising to see the amazing coverage and lock on Molly. Molly has continued to pass on her perfect conformation and complete coverage to both of her gray sons.

You can't forget Hudson's sire either. Nobles Promise (aka AJ) is one of two gray sons for Symphony's Holly Belle, another exquisite daughter from Summerwind's Symphony (an Accoyo Uribe daughter) and Sandusky. This genetic line has extreme luster, density and tight twisted locks from head to tail. Hudson is a direct descendant of Shasta Springs Bachelor out of one of Gail Campbell's top herdsires, Maranta's Peruvian Maximillan. Maximillan was true black with a white tuxedo and had the beautiful cheek fiber passed on by his herdsire, Peruvian Aureo. Bachelor continued to pass on this beautiful head to his offspring and improved luster and fineness in all of this offsping. Bachelor produced gray from every female he was bred to, a feat that will be hard to replicate.

Hudson has very unique markings and has gotten more silver after shearing. He is always a favorite of the shearing team and their comments are usually, "You know a good Suri when their fleece already looks like yarn." Hudson's fleece displays the same greasy twisted locks as his sire. Hudson is an elite, rising gray herdsire, who is the total package.
